• Full construction clean 

• Windowsills and glass cleaned 

• Cabinets and drawers get cleaned out (Manuals placed in drawer closest to the fridge) 

• All floors get cleaned 

• Countertops get washed off 

• Any Walls with dust get wiped down for final coat of paint 

• Interior of cabinets and drawers will be vacuumed to remove dust in corners 

• Woodwork including doors, frames, trim, cabinets, drawers and closet shelves wiped down. 

• Horizontal surfaces including countertops will be wiped clean 

• Mirrors and fixtures will be cleaned. 

• Windows tracks will be vacuumed to remove construction dust 

• Windows clean from inside 

• Baseboards ledges, electrical outlet covers, and light switches will be cleaned 

• Restroom fixtures including sinks, toilets, showers and tubs cleaned inside and out 

• Kitchen sink, countertop will be cleaned 

• Hardwood floor will be broom swept and wet mopped 

• Carpet areas including edges will be vacuumed using details attachment 

• Wash Mechanical room and garage doors/jambs/thresholds. 

• Scrape and sweep out garbage, remove any debris to the bins.
